Ristoranti, musei e caffè sono raggiungibili a piedi, comodamente in bus grazie alla fermata ad un paio di minuti o con la Citybike, la cui postazione è vicinissima all'appartamento.

La casa è in posizione tranquilla vicino al conservatorio di Lugano ha un terrazzo, letto comodissimo, cucinotto e salottino, inoltre dispone di un giardino a disposizione anche degli ospiti.
