House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

We had a super nice stay in Como at Francesco's Airbnb. It was extremely clean, self check-in according to Francesco's instructions very easy, location just 20 minutes' walk from the lake. Great value for money!

Great value, very close to train station (10 minute walk with suitcase and stroller), to grocery store, and once luggage is dropped off easy to walk to center of town and lake. There are many stairs without an elevator so be ready to carry your luggage up them! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay for a family. Washing machine worked well, must hang clothes to dry which was fine in the small private backyard with provided drying rack. Bathroom was spacious by European standards. We were able to make an egg breakfast with the amenities in the kitchen. Fold out sofa was not too comfortable and was squeaky. Bed in bedroom was very comfortable and solid. For the price this place is unbeatable in Como.

This has been the best Airbnb of our trip so far! The water pressure and shower setup were excellent, the linens were fresh, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the summer heat in Europe. Its location was unbeatable—just a minute away from Como's old town and conveniently close to train stations. The host was lovely, responsive, and made our stay even better. It was the perfect choice for two people. We also used **BagmeHome**, a fantastic service that picked up our luggage directly from the complex and delivered to Como SG station to prepare for next destination in Lugano. They were incredibly helpful and made traveling luggage-free so much easier. If you're wondering how to simplify your travels, this service is highly recommended—they can store or transfer your bags to your next stop. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all expectations, and we’d absolutely rebook if we return to Como! Thank you Alberto, you were fantastic 😊

No wonder why this home has been rated as one of the best homes in the area. This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Luca welcomed us as we arrived, allowing us get in earlier. We were also given local recommendations for food and activities. Throughout our stay they checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The home itself was perfect. With a well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and comfy bedrooms. The steam room was incredible - what an amazing idea! The design of the home was well thought through and it really made our holiday in Como extra special.
