Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Less than 2 min from the Tram stop, where there is free parking and a day ticket only £5.00 There is a living area & a separate bathroom. It has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, toaster & kettle. This fully insulated suite has Air-Con, heaters, a large shower, Smart TV, WiFi, working/eating space, & access via locked gates on the driveway, with free off street parking.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower which can be locked off and you can request a second bathroom with bath upon booking. Private use of washing machine, dish washer and well equipped kitchen. Dog and child friendly lots of games and toys provided. Autism friendly.
