The flat is over two floors above a small parade of shops. There is ample car parking in the NCP and Broadgate car parks within 200 meters of the property. The High St is on your door step with all the usual shops you would expect to find. The Cathedral Quarter is a fifteen minute walk up the cobbled Steep Hill.

Lesley's house was easy to find and parking on the drive convenient. She was very welcoming, easy to contact and very helpful with the local area. Her home was well presented and clean throughout. The bedroom was spacious and the large bed very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The private bathroom was immaculately clean with bath and shower again with quality shower gel, soap and towels provided. There was plenty on offer for breakfast with an excellent range of branded cereals, yogurt, bread, spreads, eggs and more. I was there for the parkrun at the Yarborough Leisure Centre (Alphabet "Y") and the Lincoln 10k so the location was perfect for this. The walk to the Cathedral at the top of Steep Hill took me around 30 minutes and did involve some steps initially. This would be something to consider if you were wanting to spend time in the centre of Lincoln.

Malcolm and Sandra were super sweet and helpful, and the room was exactly as described. Very comfy, cosy and quiet and great value, would definitely recommend.

A curved staircase is visible, lined with plush carpeting leading up to the next level. Two mirrors reflect the space, providing depth and light. The walls are painted in a soft, light color, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere of the entrance.

The location, overlooking a beautiful park, is amazing. Lovely home, very reasonably priced and a very friendly cat. All a short walk away from the Cathedral which is a feast for the eyes!
