The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. Am 4000 m2 großen Privatgrundstück befinden sich noch ein kleiner Stall mit Zwergziegen, ein Brunnen, ein Troadkasten und das Wohnhaus des Vermieters.
