Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Welcome to Lyckebro's old school! Here you live simply but comfortably with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and one double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). The rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourself, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple live in the school's old teacher's residence with a separate entrance.

Open floor plan with hall, kitchen and living room. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
