The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house, its sunbathed terrace, faces its own lake and sits within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Small cottage renovated with care in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park with a magnificent view of the Cure Valley. Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Dining room/living room, equipped kitchen. One bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed and one bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Attached garden with outdoor table facing the view and barbecue.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
