Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Modern and cozy accommodation in a bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, paddle tennis court, swimming area and playground. In the house, there are 4 beds distributed in 2 larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds were purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

Summer house with 25 m to the water and 180 degrees of ocean view

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful, idyllic, cozy surroundings in the newly built red wooden cottage "Søglimt". The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

By the sea in Brantevik

At the beach in Brantevik is a small guest house overlooking the sea and where only a short walk separates the house from the water. Architect Bengt Lindroos. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hotplates, microwave and refrigerator as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for an additional fee.
