Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. Tucked away down a gravel track with direct Forest access Twit Twoo is guaranteed to take you away from the pressures of life. Relax in the three seating areas: decking, bbq area or on the bench overlooking the picturesque babbling Brook with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The only distraction is the wildlife. Dog friendly, ideal for cyclists with the wonders of the forest and coast on the doorstep.

The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.
