In der warmen Jahreszeit können Sie es sich auf der großen Terrasse (nur zu Ihrer Benutzung) bei einem Glas Wein gemütlich machen.

Schöne Wohnkirche im Süden von Leipzig

Unsere schöne Wohnkirche befindet sich im Süden von Leipzig, umgeben von vier großen Seen, mit einem großen Garten und viel Raum für 10 Personen. Mit der S-Bahn ist die Leiziger Innenstadt in 20 min. zu erreichen. Wir haben fünf Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich. In kalten Tagen kann man den Kamin beheizen und am Feuer die Seele baumeln lassen. In unserem großen Garten sind Grill, Gartenmöbel und verschiedene Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Schönes, abgeschlossenes und sehr ruhiges Grundstück am Ende des kleinen Dorfes. Wunderschöner Blick von der oberen Terrasse auf die Elbelandschaft und die Elbe. Die Elbe ist ca. 400m entfernt. 200m entfernt beginnt das Naturschutzgebiet Alte Elbe Kathewitz. Große Hecken zu den Nachbargrundstücken und eine seperate Tür zum Elbdamm. Das Haus passt gut für bis zu 4 Personen. Mit einer Aufbettung gehen aber auch bis zu 6 Personen. Bitte dazu gern anfragen.
