Ideal for avid walkers, bird watchers or family down time golfers and kite-surfers; the Annexe is a perfect launch pad to discover all the lovely parts of the North Norfolk coast. Plenty of walks from the back door, only 15mins walk to Brancaster beach and many discoveries a short drive away.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path.
