A short walk from Soltorget and just over 100 meters from ski slopes that take you down to the Gondola or brand new six chairlift Top Express. The cottage is also located in direct vicinity to Branäs cross country ski tracks. 5 bedrooms, 14 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna, charging box for electric car. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Put the car and enjoy amazing Branäs. This is the cabin to hang in. Spring-Summer - Autumn: Enjoy cycling, fishing, swimming in Klarälven , hiking and berry picking in the area. Restaurant and store are open during high season. Winter: Have access to the entire ski system and everything they mean. Ski in/out of snow (otherwise 150 m to system) It is located in a beautiful setting overlooking the west side of Branäsberget. Customers clean up after themselves. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 200/p if you book well in advance.

Welcome to this nice apartment/cottage, located in Branäs area Mården. It is within an area of 12 houses with 4 apartments in each house. The apartment has two floors with a total surface of 65-70m2. It is 400m to the beach at Klarälven and nearby you can hire canoes or hire SUP at restaurant Spishyllan. At Branäs mountain you can play paddle or try out the downhill in the summer. We recomend to take a trip to Fämtfallet to swim and hike and Granberget to visit Nordvärmlands highest top.

The home fully lived up to the description, the location was also amazing, it had just been more snow so you could use the lift to and from the cabin otherwise all in all an absolutely fantastic cabin that we would love to use again.😊

Christian has been great at responding enormously quickly to various questions. He allowed us to enter in the early hours of the morning when we arrived before check in with a toddler. Thank you from the heart for that🙏🏻 We read from previous experience that the bedrooms were too warm and not possible to regulate. We had the same challenge as the only small minus in the cabin. Everything else was perfect. The cabin is lovely close to the piste (50 meters) and is ideal for a family. There was everything we needed for duvets, pillows, good beds, kitchen utensils (but only one chef's knife) and a good stove and oven. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come again if the ski trip goes to Branäs.: -)

Nice accommodation that suited me and my dogs perfectly for a couple of autumn days in October. We hiked during the days and relaxed in peace and quiet in the evenings in Ulrika's nice cabin. Very smooth with the contact and information about lock codes.

A modern living space features a sleek fireplace with a circular glass base, providing warmth and comfort. A wooden staircase ascends to the upper level, while a dark storage unit holds stacked firewood. Light from the ceiling brightens the natural wood accents.

I spent 2 weeks at Fredrik's house which was a lovely time. During this time I worked, which also worked great. Outside of the ski season, you have a lot of peace and quiet. It's definitely suitable for long term stays. Unfortunately, it was not clean when I arrived, which is why I had to clean first. However, Fredrik was great in responding to my comments. In general, communication with Fredrik was very good. Overall, I can recommend it.
