The place is amazing, the view is stunning, and everything is as described. Jelena was outstanding. We had a special request, and she granted it for us. She provided correct and detailed instructions, making check-in very smooth. We had an incident where locals slashed our tires and scratched our car due to a hate crime (I know, shocking, considering the civilized impression this village conveys). Jelena was very helpful and sent someone to assist us in fixing the car. She even offered us an extra day completely free. She did everything she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay despite the unforeseen difficulties.

We stayed in that beautiful house for 2 days to celebrate kid's 8 birthday. We were amazed of the house and surroundings. Big territory, great BBQ zone and the swimming pool. There are everything you could needed for your stay. Thank Jovana and especially her Father Dragan for their kind and warm. Much appreciated and highly recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay! The terrace was definitely the best part – perfect for relaxing. The bed was super comfy too. Milena was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We got fresh towels every day and the dishes were taken care of, which was a really nice touch. Would happily come back!

We visited this place as a family with a todler in June 2025. The flat was clean and got everything we needed. Our navigation didnt work quite well but Aleksandar was very helpful and always responsive. He even managed to get us someone who helped to find the right entrance. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool you share with other nice residents, clean gym and spa and surprisingly clean kids room. The residence is on the hill so if you want to go down to the beach be ready for a steep way back, but hey, we managed it with a toddler or you can go by a car. If you need anything, the host response ususally within a minute and there is a building manager you can approach for any help or advice. The only downside was the ongoing construction of new residential buildings around, but it's nothing the host can do about. Thanks for having us!

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!
