Monthly Rentals in Braithwaite

Out first time at Nia and Jonathan's. Well laid out and functional, and a lovely garden. All applicances (washing machine, oven, hotplates, fridge freezer, toaster, drying rail) were modern and in good order and the wifi performed well. We were very grateful for Nia and Jonathan making space in their garden shed for our bicycles, so they were kept dry and safe. The location turned out to be better than we thought: easy access to the local area, including Keswick using the buses, walking or bicycling. Some lovely walking and bicycling routes right from the front door, a very nice and friendly local gallery and cafe with good food just around the corner - a nice compromise avoiding noise and traffic without being overly isolated. And we enjoyed close-ups of the red squirrel in the garden as it pottered around right outside the kitchen window :-)

great little cottage lovely and clean,small. welcome pack tea/coffee,/sugar etc, even a welcome pack for dog with treats and toy,shop opposite which is handy for bits and pieces,quiet and peaceful location, Great for walks from doorstep, has a slow cooker too so can start meal before you leave so ready for you after day out, outside yard with table and chairs to sit outside if it is warm

We loved our stay at The Annexe! It’s a beautiful place with all facilities you could need for a short stay. It was lovely and clean and the little extras - bread, milk etc were really appreciated. The use of the spa was a nice bonus! The village of Braithwaite is beautiful and it’s an easy walk into Keswick too. Would definitely recommend

Our 3rd stay at Olives Cottage that says it all 😁 Mountain View’s from every room , very comfortable beds lots of space for 6 people , great hot shower piles of fluffy white towels and lots of extras left by the host. After hiking so great to have a boot area and separate washing machine and tumble dryer is brill. The Barrow is a must walk from the cottage and the Tea room at the village shop worth a visit . We will be back
