From Pontremoli to the village of Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

WWF Oasis, "Il Glicine", pleasing countryhome

The house is located in the heart of the WWF nature reserve "Ghirardi", a 370-hectare nature reserve located in the Province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna. Ghirardi is an extraordinary natural paradise, boasting many types of free wildlife and amazing walking/hiking opportunities, both on and off marked trails. Deer, boars, hares can be observed in their natural habitat, especially during mating season (September and October). Bird-watchers will spot myriad different bird species.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, or with friends you can organize barbecues, parties and stay all together in a single recently renovated stone house. The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The house is cozy and combines elements of modernity while maintaining its authenticity and simplicity.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Ca' La Bròca®

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, away from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those seeking peace and quiet in contact with nature, which dominates the medieval village. The A15 Pontremoli exit is 6 km away, connecting La Spezia and the subsequent marvelous Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other noteworthy tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan coasts in 30-40 minutes.
