The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

The Little Parsonage renovated ground floor annex

Conveniently located between Easingwold and Boroughbridge and just 10mins off the A1, The Little Parsonage is a recently renovated 3 double bedroom ground floor annex. Located on the edge of Brafferton village, we are family and pet friendly (well behaved). The village offers 2 pubs and a butchers within walking distance and the city of York is just 15 miles away. Whether you are here to visit friends, attend a local wedding or explore North Yorkshire we are a perfectly located home from home.

Boundary Cottage, Spacious, Comfortable Cottage

Boundary Cottage is situated over looking the pretty cobbled St Jame's square on Boroughbridge High Street. A very spacious and comfortable cottage on two levels. With private parking. Boroughbridge is a pretty, small historic market town with independent shops and cafes. With lovely walks along the river and canal. Centrally located for York, Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, The Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 10 years of age

The Cobbler's Cottage

Nestled in the scenic North Yorkshire village of Sessay, this charming former cobbler's cottage offers a spacious retreat. Inside, you'll find a wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and a washing machine. Step outside to a private patio complete with a dining area and barbecue. Plus, we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet, so you can bring your furry friend along if you desire.

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. Self cater, arrange meals provided by your host (a professional chef), or try one of the many eateries in town. Shops nearby. Your own private bathroom is situated a few yards away in the main house. You also can enjoy our beautiful garden, lily pond and friendly cat, Nina. Your hosts are always on hand to ensure a comfortable and nourishing experience.

Lovely 2 bed flat in the centre of Boroughbridge.

Grantham Flat is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one with a single & pull out plus comfy lounge & large TV.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and all meals including breakfast, is a mere 20m across the square. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
