It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.
