The property is located on a panoramic point with a 360* spectacular view on flat landscape, hills and The Alps. Surrounded by quiet forests and pathways to go for relaxing walks or hiking experience. A golf course is just a few minutes drive from here.

A quiet surround in Bra

We're very close to the center of Bra (10 minutes walking calmly) in a green and quite area, very easy for parking and at 7-8 minutes walking from the train station. In any season it's a lovely place for working or resting. The apartment has an independent entrance even if it is a part of my house. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a cooking corner. There is a communication door between this area and the one where I live, but it remains closed, to protect the privacy.

Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the small private garden.
