Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Box Hill North

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Had a great stay. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Caitlin was always available to answer questions. There were also some thoughtful touches such as a selection of teas and bathroom items. Highly recommended!

Thanks again Stephanie - the apartment was perfect for us, a great location for walking and exploring - we walked to and From the CBD many times and so easy to walk to Swan and Bridge st. Love the apartment style as well. Will recommend to others traveling from Perth. Well done !

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 toy poodles. The flat was beautifully styled. We could walk to some wonderful cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

Hosts were really responsive and ensured my son and I had a pleasant stay. We were down for the long weekend and the place was spotless for us with all the necessities. Locations was a few minutes from restaurants and easily accessible to attractions.

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

We had a great stay at The Gratis! The location was easy to find and very convenient, with food options and supermarkets nearby. The house itself was spacious, modern, and well-furnished—perfect for our family of seven. The host was friendly and responsive, providing help whenever we needed it. Richard always communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with. The house was perfect for a fun weekend away and the highlight was definately the spa on the balcony. A lovely touch to arrive with a chilled bottle of bubbles and the heater on for us, a very thoughtful host.

Tash was a most wonderful host. The place was so neat and clean and amply stocked for what was a most comfortable stay. Tash was responsive, helpful and always available. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Matt’s beautiful cottage near the Yarra Valley. Even though it was raining during our visit, the stunning views from the cottage more than made up for it — it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a clean bathroom, washer and dryer, Netflix, and even a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special highlight for my son was getting to meet their adorable family pony, Little Penny — such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The house was perfect for our needs nice and clean well set up easy access and quiet. Caroline was very responsive and easy to deal with. All beds were comfortable and well set up. Short walk to shopping center this is great.

The Gables was such a beautiful place to spend a weekend away with friends, great setting, such a comfortable home to relax in with plenty of spaces for us to enjoy and relax. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
