Unfortunately the apt. is not suited for wheelchairs as there is a stairway leading to the entrance. Also smoking inside and pets are not allowed here. We look forward to your stay!

We were very happy with the place. Needed two bedrooms with 2 people and could use the living room and the bed in the living room well for this. Super nice bathroom and good design of the whole apartment. Friendly reception after desired telephone contact with Ms. Spieß. Great proximity to the city center, to the bakery and also the forest stage in ~2.5km distance is within walking distance (take a lamp for the way back!!). I only missed a capsule - or pad machine for individual cups of coffee - and the blinds in the living room have not yet been repaired, so the living room still cannot be completely darkened (see other reviews). In summary: Everything was great & we would book the place again.

The apartment was larger than expected. Lot of natural light. Kitchen was good. Bed and sofa were comfy. The terrace was shared with the neighbors, which was a bit unusual. Remember to bring your own hair drier, did not think about that 😊 overall nice flat on the topmost floor with views over the hills to the east and city to the south 🩷

Highly recommend for this place. Klaus is a very friendly, helpful person. Everything went very smoothly and without problems, from arrival to departure. We felt very comfortable and welcome! The Airbnb is well equipped and boasts a small terrace and a very good location.

Nice apartment on the edge of town, with the forest almost directly behind the apartment buildings. Very quiet at night with a nice view over the town. Apartment was clean and check-in was straightforward. The apartment on the top floor, and there is an elevator. Parking is easy to use. Location is probably better with a car, but you are only a ten minute walk to a REWE grocery store, and about 30 minute walk to the old town or the university. There is also a bus stop near by.

We stayed in Tanya's accommodation for 4 days and felt comfortable right from the start. Check-in was very easy. The place is very nicely decorated and well maintained. Everything fits the pictures. The view from the terrace into the valley was beautiful. From there, you have many opportunities to hike or explore cities like Kassel, which were a short drive away. Tanja has been a super lovely host and we can recommend her as well as the accommodation 100%.

The apartment is spacious, the terrace with connection to the garden in summer is the best. The location is very quiet and the beautiful Seeburger See is only a quarter of an hour's walk away. Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in
