Well-located accommodation right next to shops and water points. Very easy communication with our hosts and the instructions are perfect! We love the little video to access the accommodation!😃 We'll be back!

What a wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting, we would recommend without hesitation and would love to stay here again. I must agree with a previous review and say it’s better than the photos. Lots of space, everything you need, and a very nice host. There are about three flights of stairs the last being a little steep. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed for our two week stay. The small patio in the backyard that was “ours” was very nice and overlooked their beautiful garden. Whether it be looking out the windows or sitting on the dock on the Seine, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the barge traffic go back-and-forth, not to mention the rowers and kayakers, etc. The town is very nice, albeit about a 30 minute walk to the center, with a patisserie, a great fully stocked grocery store, a good pharmacy and some nice restaurants. Fontainebleau is a lovely town only a 5 or 6 minute car ride away and the Fontainebleau forest has many trails

Very well located apartment, close to the train station, which is ideal for a stay without a car. You can quickly access the forest for beautiful walks. Accommodation is as described, clean and pleasant. Responsive and welcoming host. Recommended for a weekend in Fontainebleau.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful oasis for a short getaway and loved the peaceful location and stunning surroundings. This feels less like a B&B and more like you have been invited to stay at a very well travelled friend's holiday home. We particularly liked the private walled garden where we ate every meal and the spacious and tranquil bedrooms. Helpful and responsive host too. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

Beautiful house with an even more enchanting garden. Everything was clean and the most important things on site. Laurent asked, without being intrusive, if everything was available and if we were satisfied. In summary, it was very nice and definitely worth a visit. Thanks a bunch

We had a great time in the apartment. It is small but so cozy and the four of us felt right at home there. It is very tasteful and at the same time functionally furnished and my children were very happy about the toys available there. Right around the corner is also a small playground, you can walk into the forest and to a bakery. We were really sad when we had to leave.

the house is in an idyllic place, in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well-equipped (especially with children). Many activities around. We were sad to leave it!

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Very good stay, nice 3 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need inside. All instructions were clear and simple. Apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and parking in a gated community. Good bedding, clean linens. Stéphane is very responsive, very friendly and more accommodating. Thank you for everything! A place to remember for our next visits!

I spent a month and a half in the accommodation for professional reasons. Everything was as advertised, clean, pleasant, if I have the opportunity to come back to the area, I will gladly return to the accommodation.

This is the second time we've come to Brani's but the first time in the workshop cottage. What a pleasure to be in this accommodation in the heart of the winter grayness to have a good time in the warmth of the Jacuzzi and sauna. It was truly a relaxing bubble. You can go there without fear. The cottage is lovely, the place is peaceful, exceptionally clean and Brani is really attentive and very responsive. Thank you. Brani
