If it's for business or pleasure - this is a little bit of offbeat! Its set in a lush garden in the tree lined East Cliff area of Bournemouth. Southbourne Chalet close to the clifftop

This lovely chalet in my garden is about 200yds from Southbourne clifftop, 5mins from the beach. There are 2 pubs very close by and local shops, bars and restaurants just an 8min walk away. Busses are very frequent from Southbourne Grove and there's on road parking if you need it. Pokesdown train station is about 15mins walk . In the chalet is a comfy double bed, private shower and W.C and a television. There's a fridge and microwa I'll leave some essentials like milk, tea and coffee. Enjoy!

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Lux garden studio (sleeps 2), nr. New Forest/Beach

Little Ivy is a cosy garden sanctuary filled with natural light. It has it's own front door and French doors leading out to it's own garden, fire pit area and patio. In the summer it benefits from the sun from mid morning until sunset. The fire pit is the perfect place to watch the sun go down. The location is perfect for exploring the area, straight out through fields onto coastal walks, the beach is a 20 min walk and the country pub a 3 min walk. Milford on Sea village is 2 miles away.
