Beautiful and cozy home with a very comfortable living room. The place was spotless and spacious, and fully gave that Cape vibe we were looking for. The location was perfect, with beaches in walkable distances and a very quiet neighborhood. Amazing restaurants nearby as well. Perfect experience.

One of our favorite vacation rentals ever! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was perfect for waterside dining, playing cards, watching the boats and taking nice walks in the neighborhood. So close to the canal to ride our bikes and walk. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and we were able to relax and rewind for the week. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some great meals. Hope to be back to enjoy the deck and water in the sunshine! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Traveling for work can be stressful with more than a couple of people. Patrick’s place was perfect for us! We all had enough space to relax and hangout after a days work! Patrick was a great host and awesome when it came to communication! I would highly recommend making Patrick’s home your next choice when it come to renting on the cape!!! A++

We absolutely loved our stay at Wendy and Tim’s place! The location was absolutely perfect, the house was super comfy and felt right at home, and all the furniture was comfortable! The beach was absolutely amazing, will definitely want to come back!

Ronda’s house was perfect for our family get together. Excellently positioned for all the Cape Cod sightseeing opportunities. Struggled with the a/c and the fire but it was only cold on one night, so not a problem. Beautiful home

This little beach oasis is such a great value! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As mentioned in the description, Patty & Bruce's spot is legitimately only a few minute walk from multiple beaches and is in such a cute little neighborhood! They have plenty of beach items should you not bring your own, which is great. The space itself is perfect for a quick little weekend getaway.

A beautiful home! We were here over Christmas and Jane had it all decorated for us! Jane is very responsive and was a lovely host! Will definitely be renting again!

The property is beautiful and very family friendly. Just a short walk to the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and anyone we ran into were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had a great weekend at this place. The place is small, but has everything you need. The porch and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather and the view of the Canal. It was a great location for exploring lots of places on the Cape, without having to deal with traffic! We loved biking and walking on the trail alongside the Canal. The kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking (just bring your own food!).

We went to stay at Cathleen's for my very first big ticket concert. We were met by her mom Judy who was very kind and helpful. The place was very homely , very clean, had a beautiful garden and the property is stunning! We had a great stay, would go back! And highly recommend!

I was in town for my dad's funeral. Carolyn was very nice to allow us to arrive earlier. She is very responsive. I appreciate her hospitality.

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

This was our second time at this location and it was expectedly perfect, which was why we chose it for this second visit. Great, quiet, beautiful neighborhood and perfect accommodations for our short stay. Would also be perfect for a longer stay as well!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Alan's place was a perfect home base for our Provincetown getaway. Checking in/out was a breeze, we found the condo clean and lovely and the location cannot be beat. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Perfect for a good night’s sleep after spending the day out. I came to Dennis, MA to celebrate a friend’s birthday and used the space primarily for resting, and it was just what I needed. The heat worked well, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

Alex’s place was a great stay to recharge and relax after the long days we had last week. I would highly recommended this place for anyone popping through New Bedford, or staying for a few days! The airbnb was spotless and quiet and clean. I will be renting here again when I need somewhere to stay when I’m back in New Bedford! Also very close to downtown all the coffee shops, and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood.
