Beautiful accommodation. Train station to Paris a good 5-minute walk away. Nice hosts. We felt very comfortable.

The place was as expected and described. Close to the RER B station, it allowed us to get to Paris quickly and easily. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, quiet. Sandra was very available and responsive.

The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Also location is top! 5 min walk from RER B line which takes you to gare du nord, CDG airport and city center easily.

It’s a good location (30s subwaystation) Everything include(powerful hairdryer, dishes...) Good communications and very kind

Beautiful apartment on the fourth floor with a nice view of Paris from the living room. The apartment is very easy to access, the instructions are accurate. The accommodation is neatly arranged and pleasant to stay in. Accessible 3 minutes to the first bus that goes to RER B or metro 4 to reach Paris. The RER B is a 17-minute walk away. The big plus is the parking space in the basement which is very helpful and that we can't find everywhere! I recommend it!

Clean, quiet accommodation and as advertised, I would even say better than in the photos. Very well located for what I had to do. Host was responsive and accommodating. Nothing to complain about, I recommend!

The accommodation captivated us live, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in reality. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A small disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

The house was clean and cosy, good connection with the city, groceries almost next door. The area felt really really safe event in the middle of the night.

Great location! Very close to a bus stop. Which takes you to the center of Paris. It's very easy because now you can download the card from your iPhone and also load train or subway tickets. A burger and pasta restaurant nearby! Very quiet, good service, private atmosphere and everything modern.

Had a great stay. The host was really responsive, the flat was really nice, and we'll connected via public transport. would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in Paris.

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's apartment. Cozy and comfortable accommodation in a very quiet environment. It is located very close to the city center, close to all shops and services and especially the RER which allows very quick access to Paris. We really enjoyed being able to use the parking in the yard. The check-in instructions provided by Aurore are very clear and rational. Aurore is also very available and responsive if there is anything else you need. I highly recommend this listing!

I think this room is very good overall.It is about 15 minutes walk from here to the C Line train station, and the living environment is quiet.The room is equipped with everything you need, and check-in and check-out are also very easy and convenient.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not open directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Very nice accommodation and very pleasant host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
