The house is fully equipped and has air conditioning.

Hello, we are Noémie and Clément and we offer this studio adjoining our house 5 minutes from Bourg de Péage/Romans (arrival possible between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.) With expressway access to Grenoble or Valencia less than a minute away. The accommodation is in the countryside with no noise. Parking is closed by an electric gate for which you will have the remote control. This same parking area is shared with us. Studio access is independent.

We welcome you to a private area renovated in 2023, located on the ground floor of our house, with access to the garden. (New 2025: Add reversible A/C). The house is a 5 min drive from Romans, 12 min from Valence TGV train station, 20 min from Valencia. A bakery is 2 min away, and a large shopping area (with restaurants) is 8 min away. Many walks await you in the Vercors or on the banks of the Isere. Enjoy great weekly rates (-15%).
