We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

I regulate the AC and heat as I live on the main floor however there is a fan and heater in the unit. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon. Any questions just ask😃

Only about 15 min to Salt Palace Convention Center and Vivint Smart Home Arena. Infant and childe, friendly, if single parent is traveling alone.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
