The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfy nice bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living room with smart TV. 3 bed rooms and 3 balconies. Perfect place to stay for couples/friends within short distance of some of the most beautiful sceneries in the city and famous landmarks. Sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed. Very quiet at night. Located on the 4th floor with elevator. The view is nice, enjoy sunset from the kitchen balcony is a nice experience.

Very comfortable family home

House in the countryside very close to the sea, 10 min walk, with pool. This house offers a terrace with exceptional views of the countryside and the sea The heat is tempered by the breeze coming from the nearby sea as it is located at a height. You will be 32 km from Flamingo Golf Course and 48 km from ELJEM Amphitheater. Nearest airport is Monastir Habib Bourguiba International located 43 km from my house.

An elevator is positioned within a stone-tiled corridor. The elevator doors are metallic, reflecting light from the overhead fixtures. The wall surrounding the elevator is accented with a beige and brown tiled design, creating a modern and clean appearance.

We have installed a water supply system so that if the city turns off the water for the entire city due to the drought, the water supply remains guaranteed.

Very nice stay in Salakta, ideal for a family, very close to the beach. I recommend it, thanks to Saoucene's dad and mom who were very kind. We'll be back.

Excellent stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. No waiting time to do the check in, the consierge was there and he showed us the apartment. You can enjoy the city by taking a taxi for 1.1 DT and it will take you anywhere for this fixed price. You can visit El Jem, Monastir, and Sousse by Train, or you can go to the louage station and buy your ticket inside the station.
