Townhome vacation rentals in Bouguenais

Our 4 days in Jean's petit manor was a total pleasure, whether we were cooking, eating, or sleeping. The spaces, the comfort of quality furnishings, bedlinen, towels, and a kitchen equipped for an army; we simply enjoyed the experience of this exceptional house.

We had a very pleasant stay in Marie's house. The house is tastefully decorated and the amenities and toys for the little ones are a real plus. The sheets and towels provided are of sufficient quality. The location is close to shops on foot and it is easy to park for free nearby. Tram 3 min walk which serves the city center and the station. Thank you to Marie for her availability before the stay.

We had a fantastic time at Dominique's wonderful home. The house is full of fantastic decorations and amenities, and the kids loved the big garden and the ping pong table. The tram stop to Nantes centre (free at weekends) is only about 100m away, as is a great value Netto supermarket. We also loved Yoni the cat who came with the apartment. Dominique was a great host who was very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay again one day next time we are in Nantes (a fantastic city to explore).

The house is very nice and quiet. Easy to get to downtown Nantes with public transportation (tram and bus). The living room is spacious for 8 people. Garden and terrace very popular on sunny days. Great responsiveness and listening from Elise throughout our stay.

Very nice apartment with an indoor patio that you don't leave. The shared garden is great, trampoline, table tennis and the other children are very nice. The tram is a 10 minute walk and it takes us to the center of Nantes, it's very fast. The two downsides are the very small children's rooms and the planes you hear a lot. We had a lovely week

Very nice stay! Very nice cottage. Atmospherically furnished and complete. We would definitely come back. Private and quiet. The 2, 2-person beds, are both small. We therefore slept separately. But we slept very well.

The accommodation is charming, well-equipped, quiet, the garden is pleasant (though not well maintained). Public transport and shops are just a stone's throw away. Parking in front of the rental remains complicated, but we manage to get by. The relationship with Elodie was perfect, very pleasant, and professional. The best would be a mini oven, and a salad spinner...

The place was modern and had all the right amenities. The three bedrooms were perfect for us with one on the ground floor with a shower and toilet for the grandfather and two bedrooms and shower and toilet for my husband and I and our two children. There was plenty of space to have meals either inside or outside. It was nice to have the garden, including to nap on a deckchair. The location was in a residential area not far from some supermarkets and a bus stop to go downtown. There were many kitchen equipment and nothing lacked. Franck was very friendly.

I highly recommend it, the house is very clean and very functional. The space is optimized, the services available are largely sufficient. The instructions are precise and clear both for accessing the key and for using Airbnb services. It feels like home. The area is very quiet despite the proximity to the hyper center. We had a great time 😊

Wonderful little "Chateaux" in the heart of Nantes, while being incredibly quiet. Spend 3 weeks there, did not regret for a second!

I rented a room in Catherine's beautiful home for Hellfest 2022. Everything went very well, Catherine is very welcoming, friendly and generous:) The room is very pretty, the bed very comfortable (essential after a day at 20,000 steps!) and the bathroom very nice! I highly recommend the rooms at Catherine's, and will gladly rent one again in future Hellfest editions. Thanks again Catherine:)

Philippe and Pascal are welcoming, warm people. It's nice to talk to them. The accommodation was in line with our expectations. We slept well in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the welcome of the 4 felines who are beautiful.

as a big lover of beautiful characterful old houses and exotic plants, we felt right at home in the house of Elisa and Ronan and their family. the description of the house and its customs is very complete and clear. the house is an ideal base for discovering Nantes and its surroundings!

Lovely host, good place to stay

We had a great time in Nantes in Anaïs' pretty house. We quickly felt at home. The house is spacious, pleasant, functional and comfortable. I would this property.

The "Rayonnantes" is a spacious, clean, bright and very nice accommodation. Bedding is good. In May, the outdoor space with the possibility of eating outside is very nice. The only small tip would be to change the cookware (pans) which is too worn; apart from the crepe maker.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The city is walkable (for those who like walking, its around 30 mins), neighbourhood is peaceful and the house is very cosy with 2 lovely dogs and a cat. Both Clara and Flora are very accommodating which made for a lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

I spent a month at Corinne's who hosted me very well and whom I thank for her kindness and hospitality. The place was very clean and practical, the city center is accessible very quickly by tram (station nearby) or on foot. The studio is located on a very quiet street with little traffic and the small garden is pleasant to use on nice days. Parking is available on the street of the accommodation for free.
