Proximity 5 min walk to the river (Sarthe) and village of Ecouflant 10 min walk. 10 min by car from downtown Angers and 25 min by bike (possibility to rent us bikes).

I will be happy to share with you the environment in which I have lived since I was a child. I took over my grandparents' house where the sweetness of Anjou is not a myth. Close to the center of Angers (10 minutes drive); public transport possible. Quiet and direct access to the river and hiking trails. Free access to the garden.
