Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

The bright and sunny "Zénitude" cottage welcomes you to the gates of Angers, close to all shops. Come and enjoy a particularly pleasant environment on the banks of the Maine (150 m) to rest or practice hiking or biking. The cottage is on the Chemin de la Loire à Vélo. Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
