The host was very helpful and was always available. The accommodations met all our expectations, the house is very spacious, airy, provided with leisure options (pool table and ping pong), Smart TV with streaming apps. Very good for entertaining friends and family and socializing with a good barbecue! Not to mention that there is an excellent supermarket nearby and other shopping options!

What a fantastic accommodation! Daniela is an excellent host, was super friendly, requests and attentive when answering our questions and assisting us in what it took. The house is a delight, has the proposal of a cottage, extremely clean and organized, we were greeted with a beautiful table, made with all whim. Despite the fact that it had only the basics, I found that the house is extremely well served with beautiful crockery, bedding and beautiful towels, far above expectations. The landscape is a topic apart, the house is located at the foot of one of the hills of the Cuesta, full of surrounding local animals, nature, fresh air, a super delicious garden with a place for the fire. On the same street there is a restaurant with a super hot food and affordable price. It was a unique experience that will undoubtedly be repeated! Nota mil for everything!

I spent very pleasant days in the little tower, I felt right at home. Every corner of the house has a detail, it's like living in a work of art, the house is complete and has all the necessary utensils for cooking and the best part is that it has a dishwasher. I love cats, it's a place that already has cats, I thought it was the best! I'll definitely be back!

Excellent choice, despite being in rubiao jr, which is a more distant "neighborhood", the location is very quiet, the surroundings/neighborhood are ok (different from other places further away from Rubião!).. and, for those who need to go to unesp, compensates for the 5 minute drive. The host is exceptional, very requested, attentive, empathic and people bonissima! The place surprised me. Clean and impeccable! Modern and creative design, my family and I felt very well there, the colors were bright and gave joy to each, and in every place you looked at, there was a design detail that makes it clear how the hosts have care and affection for the house. I recommend a lot!

For a period of time, we have been staying at this location and we only have to thank you. The space is comfortable, extremely clean and with everything we needed for a quiet stay. The location is excellent, close to the center, which made our commutes very easy. Having an available parking lot was also an important differential. Also, we were very well received by the host, always considerate and helpful. We recommend it for sure and, if possible, we will be back!

I only stayed one night. There was easy communication, sending of check-in instructions, flexible check-in time, simple, cozy, well-organized, clean and quiet place, with shops nearby (enjoy the Lunar bakery, delicious), warm shower. Botucatu is cold at night, get ready.
