The house has recently been renovated. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature, but still close to the sea.

A cozy place to stay overlooking the valleys and mountains. Everything needed for a long stay. Everything as expected. The host is welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Roads around Italy narrow and winding, nothing for big cars. Poor signal to mobile network, compensation for good internet connection via WiFi.

Great apartment with easy communication to the host. We were 3 people and felt very comfortable. The single bed is a little bit small for larger people but for the short stay it was okay. If you can’t find the door right away: It’s one level above ground. :)

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
