Monthly Rentals in Botley

Instructions for where to park and how to access the accommodation (without needing intervention from the owners) were very sketchy, so I had to find their front door (inside a communal hallway) and ring the doorbell for help. Juan Carlos kindly came out and showed me where to park and how to access the door key to the accommodation (which was actually a mini apartment!). It is a completely self contained unit with its own door. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. Breakfast was not provided, but I’d brought my own so that wasn’t a problem. However, tea, coffee, and a selection of snacks WERE provided - and a pint of milk in the fridge! Very thoughtful. Crockery and cutlery were provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if needs dictated, and would highly recommend it to anyone requiring accommodation in that area.

WOW. One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed in. Beautiful chapel that has been simply and sensitively converted; it OOZES charm & character. Natalie had gone above and beyond to Leave the table set for 6 and if even left us a nice bottle of wine and even a little Easter egg each, just lovely touches. It was so good, we’re booking it again for a few months time!!

We only stayed at The Annex for two nights while attending a nearby friend's birthday party so we didn't explore local places/restaurants but it was ideal for our requirements. It is quite a concealed entrance to the property so we missed it first time round but, once inside, we were warmly greeted by Sara and very impressed with our lovely accommodation. We immediately felt at home and both had excellent nights' sleep in our separate double bedrooms with Duck Down Duvets and Pillows. Bliss!! We would definitely recommend The Annex at Capers Lane and hope to return again one day.

Just finished a 3 night visit. This is a gem of a find for me as I regularly work in Southampton. The location is quietly out of the hustle and bustle of Southampton, but close enough to be more than workable. The stay is lovely - Clean and well equipped for a visiting professional. I had a lovely welcome from Steve, who was always ready to be on hand. Nice touches of milk, tea, coffee, bread, croissants, jam and butter. Couldn’t have really asked for much more. Would recommend - Great stay with great hosts!
