Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Boston

The place was exactly as the pictures! It is located in the basement but has plenty of windows and natural lighting! Very easy to find and check in was smooth. Lots of street parking as advertised. And the area was very quiet. I didn’t even hear the other guests in the house.

The price point I felt was very fair since they didn't have a kitchen sink/dishwasher/stove. The listing was spacious compared to every other place we looked at for double the price point, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Host was super responsive and kind. Also, LOVED the easy check-in/check-out process. Compared to the complications of the city Airbnbs, this was absolutely seamless and the easiest Airbnb I've ever accessed. The town was cute, and the food we had was great, but it's not super walkable to the places we could go to (I have celiac disease, so those were a little further out). The lyfts into the city weren't too long of a ride at all, and one of the drivers even mentioned that we could just lyft to the nearby casino (8 min drive) and take a FREE boat shuttle right into the city!! Well worth it. Shuttle only runs after 4pm, however.

It was my second stay here and the whole experience was outstanding, once again. Such a great place and hosts.

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

Beautiful space. It was peaceful and quiet. We love to cook and the kitchen was inviting, large and had all the basics we needed. With a market in walking distance, we had all we needed. Fresh eggs two of the three mornings, was an added bonus! The house truely felt like a home away from home.

Lovely home, well-stocked with everything you will need for your stay - kitchen utensils, pots and pans, basic ingredients, towels and shower products, etc. TV and Amazon Alexa speaker. Would highly recommend staying here, easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and public transportation in Porter and Union Squares.

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Great stay! Everything was just as described and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is on a busy street so it was a bit loud, however the noisemakers in each room helped to drown out the noise very easily. Had everything we needed and we would stay again.

Only positive comments, everything was perfect. Location was superb as well as living accommodations.

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

Had everything we needed, was really comfortable and a great place to explore the area from. Highly recommended and will be back if we are looking to stay in the area again.

Lucia was wonderful to work with. She was quick to give us tips for our trip - having never been to the Boston area. We were very intimidated about the public transportation but Lucia put our mind at ease. Her place felt very safe - even walking from the bus stop at 11pm after a baseball game. Only a few minutes from the bus stop that takes you right into Boston. We used the buses or subway to get all over Boston and it was very easy to navigate from Lucia’s place. The place was clean and quaint. It provided a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

This apartment was a truly a gem to stay in. The hosts Margarita, Drew and Liesl were extremely responsive and informative. The location is centrally located, as we enjoyed conveniently walking to Boston Commons, Beacon Hill, through Little Italy neighborhood, Charlestown, Newberry Street, and Fenway. The lovely and comfortable apartment was a relaxing pleasure to look forward to each day after long walks, located on a quiet street. The parking spot is a big plus. Our only regret is that we stayed for just three nights. Thanks again for sharing your charming home.

This is a lovely home is a very nice area. House is as photographed. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Nice to have your own parking space. Owners were very quick to response to questions. Highly recommend.

Kristin’s place was quiet and perfect for our short stay in the area. Kristin was communicative and really helped us out when I realized I’d only booked for one night but had thought I’d booked for two! We had a great stay.

The house is well-set up to accommodate guests. The neighborhood is safe, residential and with free-lines streets. Near Arnold Arboretum it is a beautiful area. The bathroom and bedroom are really clean and clutter-free which was so refreshing to experience! Anna is incredibly responsive and even when I needed assistance in the early morning hours she was available. And when I returned home late one evening on an unseasonably hot day she offered to turn on he air conditioning and then proceeded to install a window unit in the room in less than 19 minutes. She made great coffee in the morning and provided many suggestions for transport and getting around generally; and she walked me to the nearby bus stop on my first morning in the house. The house is large enough to house multiple guests simultaneously but I hardly overlapped with them. I’m very appreciative for the pleasant experience.

Everything about my stay was exactly as represented in the description on Airbnb. Anna was very attentive and we had a nice chat over coffee before I left in the morning. It was quiet and clean, and in a lovely neighborhood.

So we returned Boston to take our flight and no doubt we chose to stay in Anna’s place again. Anna has done wonderfully to make all her guests feel at home: the beds are so comfy, rooms always clean and kitchen facilities ready and nice to use. Thank you Anna for providing such a warm place!
