Great spot to stay for a quick trip, located in the heart of Boston.

Our experience was very good, the service was excellent, the place was very clean, and the building’s common areas were great. The only downside was the external noise that starts very early and the size of the apartment. However, that did not affect the quality of our stay. I will definitely come back.

This place was beautiful and in a great location, close to many of Boston’s main attractions. The neighborhood around the apartment was lovely, with lots of cafes, shops, and parks nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was great!! Definitely a very tight and small place but we only needed to be there to shower and sleep. Bed was super comfortable and the TV was very convenient. Bathroom was very modern and spacious. Good shower with good water pressure. Location was right next to Fenway which was very convenient when we walked to a game. Also very close to Newbury street where we did our shopping and Trader Joe’s. Overall a very good and smooth experience and pretty quiet place.

My travel partner and I stayed in Boston for a convention at the Hynes, and this location was perfect being a short 10 minute walk away. The building itself was beautiful, clean, and very accessible with a ramp outside and an elevator inside. The unit is a room rather than an apartment with enough space for the bed, a sitting nook, mini fridge, microwave and small closet. But because we spent the majority of our trip exploring and mainly utilized the space for rest, it was the perfect size for our needs. The bathroom was very spacious, and the shower was super quick to heat. Just as described and exactly like the photos! The surrounding area was also very walkable, with many food options and the closest train station being a short five minute walk away. It was central with many universities nearby, so we were also comfortable walking around the area at night. Maverick Suites provided clear instruction and was responsive at all times. I would definitely stay again for my next trip!

Was in town on business and a very short turnaround. I was arriving late and leaving early but the location was perfect for where I needed to be the next day. I was concerned about entry given my late arrival but instructions were clear and communication was great, checking to make sure I got in. There is some noise from the street level but that was disclosed and understood before booking. It didn’t bother me, and earplugs are provided if needed. Overall a great location and priced well. Everything you need for a quick stay near Fenway Park.

We stayed at Alex’s place for 2 nights. Both he and Kaleen were extremely helpful and kind. The place is just perfect for a large group. We were 8 people in town for a college graduation. Great recommendation with PS Gourmet coffee. Went morning and afternoon both days for coffee and hot chocolate (which is amazing for the kids. They make it fresh w steamed milk.) The weather was absolutely horrible - a Nor’ Eastern on Memorial Day weekend - so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub but it looked lovely :) Definitely recommend.

Omari is a great host! His place is super convenient to Somerville. Parking was very easy. His place is exactly as described. Very well organized with no clutter . Bed is soft, lots of blankets available. I was concerned about staying in someone's house but he is very discreet and respects your privacy. This is a great option to be able to visit Boston affordably. It is very kind that he offers use of his house for cooking and relaxing - even though we did not need or use it. We were comfortable , we only had to turn up the thermostat for a few minutes to take the chill out of the air. I appreciated the ability to adjust the temp. Thank you, Omari for a great stay.

The house was a perfect place for our sisters' get-together. It was very clean and had plenty of comfortable, spacious seating areas, an adequately stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved being able to walk to town shops and the town beach. We would love to come back to this property again.
