Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Funtington village B and B - Cartbarn Sleeps 5

Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.
