Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

About a 10-minute walk to Nybro center, about 20 minutes by car to Kalmar, is this fully furnished accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen (about 47 sqm) with a private entrance. Nybros ice rink, 700 m Bus stop, 200 meters Riksglasskolan A campground with a swimming lake, 200 m. Slalom slope and ski and exercise trails about 2.5 km. Gårdshuset is centrally located with proximity to city life and good public transport, which means a certain level of noise from traffic.

The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Lantligt men ändå centralt, för dig som gillar cykling finns både moutainbikebana och fina landsvägar. 2 st cyklar finns till gästers förfogande att låna gratis.
