Vacation rentals with beach access in Bosanka

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in Antuns Apartment. Das Wetter war angenehm warm, nicht zu heiß, und die Stadt war nicht so überfüllt wie in der Hochsaison im Juli und August. Sehr gute Lage – direkt in der ersten Reihe zum Meer. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, so weit das Auge reicht. Sehr ruhige Gegend, keine Bars oder Restaurants in direkter Nähe – einfach traumhaft ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, und zur Bushaltestelle etwa 7 bis 8 Minuten. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der immer schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Dubrovnik ist jede Minute wert – einfach wunderschön!

The best Airbnb we have stayed at. We immediately felt at home when Niko invited us for a beer whilst we waited for our apartment to be ready, and later even drove us to the supermarket to pick up some food. The apartment has an amazing view of the old town, which is the perfect distance away to walk to but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were particular highlights. We hope to return in the future!

A cute, comfortable, and super convenient little apartment right outside Ploce Gate, Old Town! Martina was super helpful as a host - communicating clearly and sending instructions prior to check in. She met us at the door to help us understand the unit and keys, and gave us a plethora of local recommendations! The space is cute, modern, clean, and the view is AMAZING of the harbor and Old Town walls. The space was perfect for my sister and I to explore Dubrovnik.

Five Stars All Around! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb, for the second time! It is hands down one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced on our travels. The space was exactly as described (if not better!), spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short 2 minute walk to the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. What truly set this place apart, though, was the host. Incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the view each morning felt like a dream. In fact, we’re already dreaming about going back!

Sandra’s place was perfect for our time in Dubrovnik! We had a few hiccups with our other Airbnb bookings, including having to move places halfway through and Sandra was very helpful, even letting us check in early. The apartment is in a convenient location - only 7 minute walk to the gates of Old Town and a 2 minute walk to the Dubrovnik Cable Car. The apartment was very clean, with a nice view of Old Town. Would recommend staying at Sandra’s place!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Lovorka pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

Ivana’s flat is really quite special. We chose it for the location and views and it did not disappoint. The beach out the window was delightful…we will hold such special memories of this place! The location was perfect…just outside the walled city, but 80% less crazy than i sode the walls. The flat is small (we are a family of four), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we spent most of our time outside or looking out the windows at the gorgeous views. Ivana was such an incredible host. She is so friendly and helpful, which we appreciated so much! She arranged for transport to and from the airport and answered every question. We felt like guests and appreciate Ivana and other locals sharing their beautiful country with us!

Great location, easy walk to old town and restaurants/shops. So nice to have a pool. The Jim Morrison room is slightly separated from the other rooms / pool but only a 1 minute walk so not an issue but if the others are available I’d opt for them!

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Vi nød opholdet hos familien, og fortrød vi ikke havde booket flere dage, for der var hyggeligt i lejligheden, og masser af oplevelser indenfor køreafstand. Lejlighedens terrasse havde en pragtfuld udsigt over havet, så der nød vi vores måltider. På andendagen, da vi kom hjem om aftenen, slap vores hund ud af døren uden at vi havde set det - den havde opdaget en kat og løb efter den, også selvom katten forsvandt op af en udvendig trappe og op på taget, så pludselig var vores hund landet på taget uden at kunne komme ned igen. Værtinden hjalp med at lede, og heldigvis opdagede hun hvor den var, så jeg kunne komme op og redde den ned :-) Vi kommer med glæde igen en anden gang.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

The place was above and beyond of our expectations, from the service to the house every thing was perfect. The place had everything you think of. The view was as spectacular as the host, 10/10. They had prepared snacks and drinks for us when we arrived and also made us pancakes for breakfast. And to make it even better they gave us some snacks for our flight back. I would definitely recommend this place.

Een volle week verbleven in het appartement! Een erg fijne plek om het onderste deel van Kroatië te verkennen. Strand op loopafstand. Fijne plek om de auto te parkeren. Heerlijk koel en schoon appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! Ik wil weer terug!

Niko's place was comfortable, charming and perfect location with an amazing view! He was so helpful right from booking. Immediately responsive and full of recommendations and info. He even helped us find a doctor when my son needed some urgent care! Very pleased!

5살 조카, 아버지, 누나와 함께 두브로브니크를 제대로 즐겼습니다. 아침 비행기로 두브로브니크에 도착하다보니 어린조카가 많이 피곤했는지 투정을 많이 부렸습니다. 그 때 호스트의 배려덕에 숙소에서 잠시 정비할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치는 부자게이트 바로 앞이라서 캐리어를 돌바닥에서 끌 필요가 없었어요! 더운날씨에 지칠때면 시가지에서 5분거리라서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬면 되어서 최고였습니다:)

Ina et Vlado nous attendaient sur place et nous ont très bien accueillis. Après la descente des escaliers, nous avons découvert leur maison et sa vue imprenable : magnifique !!! Nous avons été conquis tous les 4. Nous avons pu profiter d'un bel espace extérieur très bien équipé et entouré de végétation. En longeant les buissons de romarin, on accède à la petite page privée : de magnifiques couchers de soleil en perspective ... Des produits de premières nécessité avaient été mis à notre disposition. Ina et Vlado ont répondu à nos questions à tout moment et nous les remercions pour leurs attentions. Nous y reviendrons volontiers et recommandons vivement un séjour dans leur maison.

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The place was clean, well located & a respite from the hot, humid weather. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs, but this is true throughout Dubrovnik. Loved the garden & terrace… an escape inside the busy city walls!

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Appartement idéalement situé dans la vieille ville mais dans une rue très peu passante, au calme. Literie de bonne qualité et l'ensemble du logement était très propre. Une hôte bienveillante et très réactive. Appartement peu lumineux car en rez de chaussée mais la décoration rend le lieu très agréable. je recommande.

Exceptional Experience with Ivana! Beautiful place! We can't say enough good things about our stay with Ivana in old Town, Croatia! After our original Airbnb turned out to be dirty and not as advertised, we were fortunate to find Ivana. We stayed at her location for four nights, and she went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Ivana’s Airbnb was very well decorated, clean & cute, creating a lovely atmosphere for our time there. It was also perfectly located near tons of restaurants and shops, making everything very walkable and convenient. Ivana greeted us with homemade lemonade and limoncello, which set the tone for our stay. She even helped us find and walked us over to meet our next Airbnb host, ensuring a seamless transition (bc hers was previously booked over the next ten days!). She went above and beyond. We are so grateful for everything Ivana did for us and highly recommend staying at her condo if you're looking for a wonderful host in Croatia! Thank you so much!
