It is a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Alghero and in a very quiet area where you can spend beautiful relaxing days. The area is close to all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, shops etc. The house is not suitable for people who have walking problems, it is located on the third floor without an elevator.

The apartment is newly built, is located on the fourth floor in a new building, 10 min walking distance from the seafront and 20 minutes from the port and the start of historic center.
