Very well located apartment with sea views. A few minutes' walk from the grocery store and the boardwalk with plenty of beachfront restaurants! Good size apartment with everything you need!

We really loved the villa! The path leading to the house is a bit inconvenient, but that’s where the downsides end. The apartment is decorated in charming Greek style, with lovely details and everything you might need. The sea access is very convenient thanks to the staircase. Outside, there is plenty of space to relax — including a dining table, a terrace with sun loungers, and a spot right by the sea. The beach has soft sand and a gentle entry into the water. The location is very peaceful and secluded. There’s a small shop nearby, inexpensive parking (€6 per day), and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to our friends! ❤️

Secluded Albanian cottage with large garden The small cottage in a remote location has given us a lot of joy. Getting there is a bit adventurous on an unpaved and sometimes very bad path. We were greeted very warmly by an acquaintance of the hostess, who showed us the way to the cottage and where you can exchange the rental car for an SUV for the last really bad 500 m. The cottage has a huge garden and everything you need, especially very comfortable beds. Floriana was easily accessible and we felt very comfortable.

The place is new and beautiful. Corresponds to the photos and I highly recommend it. We had large a balcony with sea views and a parking lot with gate on the premises. Highly recommended.

My wife and my two kids had a great time in the house. Borsh beach is just a short drive away and small markets and restaurants are in walking distance.
