Quiet, green and close to the city

Well-kept apartment with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with spacious shower in the heart of Engelsdorf surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. Good motorway connection to the trade fair and the S-Bahn for business and leisure. Great starting point for bike tours. Sofa bed for 2 persons and travel cot for babies and toddlers Garden sharing, gladly with children (trampoline, swings, slide and tree house). In rainy weather, a small library and various games are available.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in a large garden with sun chairs after the experiences in Leipzig. The sauna is just decoration. Kitchen use allowed in the front of the house. :) Outside the garden you will meet a beautiful castle park in Machern and in an 8-minute walk you are at the train station. Travel time to Leipzig center: Train: 25 min Car: 30min The wooden house is in the garden and we live in the front of the house (also a cat), so we are here for you.

Live it up and enjoy the time in this quiet and charming apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, fully equipped living/dining kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, stove and oven, as well as a cozy couch corner with smart/satellite TV and a spacious south balcony. Small but very nice. Idyllic

Relax and sleep well in the small dwelling not far from the city of Leipzig! Enjoy the hustle and bustle in the city and relax with us in the apartment, alpacas, meerkats and a great little playground right outside the front door. Tauch is close to Leipzig, but Dewitz is beautifully green… Family-friendly and very animal-loving small town that has everything you need. A children's travel crib is also available.

Sofa in the office

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

Our stay at "Der Waldwiesen" was great. The highlight was the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is excellently equipped and invites you to cook together and end the evening with a good meal. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and thought out in detail. The property offers just the right mix of comfort and feel-good charm. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next visit!

Great stay in the outskirts of Leipzig. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Although the only bathroom in the house was shared with several other people, including Stefanie's family, it was clean and wasn't an issue with the waiting times. Overall good value!

I spent 2 nights over the weekend with Michaela and felt totally comfortable. Michaela's daughter personally welcomed me and there was always someone approachable and on site. Either Michaela or her daughters. Everyone in the family are super nice and open. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable and it is quiet. I had the bathroom across from my room to myself! The dogs are very nice and well behaved. It was pleasantly clean, but of course, 3-4 dogs leave a few hairs. I had nice and casual conversations with Michaela and had breakfast in the sun on the terrace. There is a bus stop around the corner. The bus runs about once an hour. I was there for my grandmother's birthday, so I always had family members who took me to other local shades if needed. I'd love to come back next birthday!

We had a wonderful weekend in Leipzig at Nils-Julius. The apartment was absolutely great – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. There was really nothing to fault. The contact with Nils-Julius was super friendly and straightforward, from check-in to departure everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thanks for the great place to stay!
