Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

"Lilla Huset" är ett eget boende på 27 km2 med ett stor träddäck. Huset har en vardagsrumsdel, en matplats och ett kök med ugn. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch och golvvärme. Huset är endast 1 km från kusten och Valleberga utsiktsplats. Närmaste badstrand är Löderupstrandbad. Backagården har kafé i närheten. Kåsebergahamn med restauranger och Ales stenar ligger 2 km bort. Det är nära till Hagestads naturreservat med milslånga sandstränder, Daghammarskölds Backåkra och Glimmingehus.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. Hyr vår nya lillstuga på 30 kvm belägen på solig tomt med egen terass och parkering endast 600 m från bästa sandstrand på vackra Österlenkusten. Här bor bäst 2 personer men det finns bäddar för 4 - varav 2 är på sovloft med trappa. I stugan finns litet kök med såväl kombiugn som kyl/frys. Huset är beläget på tomt med huvudbostad och tomt på totalt ca 1000 kvm. Njut av milslånga vita stränder med oändliga möjlligheter till promenader även i skogen.

Bo i ett unikt boende i ett lugnt hörn av vackra Österlen. Njut av lugnet och enskildheten vid ån som rinner förbi denna unika byggnad. Brandstationen som byggdes 1930 renoverades fullständig till drömboende 2018 och har sedan dess inte bara tjänat som fritidshus utan har också varit med i både Svensk och Tysk TV samt massor av tidningsreportage.
