Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Stay in "Grindstugan" in Hannas, with a perfect location for today's excursions. Return to the quiet in the evening, cook a good dinner with local ingredients and enjoy the sunset or a good movie. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In the living room area, there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs. 43-inch TV where you can watch via your own apps. Listen to your music via Bluetooth. The bedroom is in the loft, which has standing height in the middle. There is a double bed and two wicker chairs. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet.

Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Welcome to our wonderful oasis in the village of Örum in the heart of Österlen! From here, it is close to everything Österlen has to offer; beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden. The house is about 25 square meters and newly-renovated, fully-equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house overlooking rolling fields! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios.

Helt nybyggt 2022, mycket fräscht fristående gästhus på 40 kvm, 100 m från stranden. Du bor i ett skogsliknande område, med havsbrus och stranden som granne. Tar ett morgon- och/eller kvällsdopp. Kopplar av med milslånga promenader eller cykelturer (cyklar kan lånas). I detta tysta område finner du två sovrum i var ände (160 och 140cm säng), ett vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats, badrum med dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök. Snabb wifi. Trädäck samt stenlagd uteplats, matplats och grill.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
