The apartment is on two levels. Ground floor: One room with kitchen and dining area. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed. Bathroom. Upper floor open in the ridge sleeps two 90 beds and a sofa group. Another apartment is rented out in the small-school. However, there are plenty of seating areas in the 800 sqm garden. Parking on the property. Rented out weekly Sunday.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the totally renovated stables which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

The road is sometimes very busy but at the back there is a sheltered and lush garden. Around the corner there is opportunity for walks and bike rides in fantastic natural environment.

Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.

This house is originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors.
