There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

A farmhouse located on the outskirts of Nadwarciański's Landscape Park (the land of the water and goldfish birds) and the Pyzdr Forest (the land of “iron houses”). It is from the Middle Ages and its name: "the Wojtostwo" is historic. By 1904, it was part of the Gen. H. Dąbrowskiego.
