Caravan with a view, Isle of Skye.

seungwon rohRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The accommodation, which is decorated as a separate building, is comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped, so I was satisfied for 4 days. In particular, the host was a kind person who gave strawberries harvested from the farm twice. If I ever come back to Sky Island, I'd love to come back again.
A view of a lush green landscape featuring gentle hills and scattered homes. A caravan is seen parked near a gray building, with trees and open fields creating a serene backdrop. The distant coastline is subtly visible under an overcast sky.

Annie’s Caravan

EdwardRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Annie’s caravan was a great spot to quietly enjoy the north end of Skye. It was close to several great hikes and attractions. It was also affordable and made our family trip possible. The caravan presented a glamping vibe for the trip and our daughter loved it. A previous comment mentioned that Annie’s was worth the adventure. We couldn’t agree more! The local eggs, and the other breakfast offerings gave us what we needed to hike the Quiraing.

Beith

StephenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is wonderful, well furnished and spacious cottage with great views across the fields over the Minch to Lewis and Harris and well located for viewing fabulous sunsets. The museum of Skye life is a short walk away and the rest of the tourists sites on the island all within short drives, being mindful of course of the single track roads, plentiful potholes and sheep or cattle in the roads. This place will suit those happy to take an unhurried drive or gentle walk.
A serene landscape is depicted with lush green hills and a rocky formation rising in the background. A calm body of water reflects the scenery, while tall grasses border the shoreline, creating a tranquil scene in a natural setting.

Chapel House

Our second visit to Chapel House was as enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing as before. So well situated for views of the Bay. Our evenings could be spent looking out at nature and the sea. Highly recommended. Margaret and Ron.

Glenview Cottage - Uig

LyndaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had an enjoyable week in Uig. The accommodation had everything we wanted and more than you usually find in holiday let's. Great location for seeing the sites in the northern part of Skye. Local pub and takeaway tried and were good. the little local supermarket was good also.

Tides Uig Isle of Skye

BethanyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed in this house as a party of five (parents + two teenagers + grandpa), and found the house perfectly laid out for a group. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, which was so convenient, and the living area and kitchen had plenty of seating for us to congregate around. The washer and dryer were super helpful for doing laundry (a rack and small fans are provided too, to finish off any clothes still damp from the condensation dryer). We didn't do any super complicated cooking, but the cooking we did was easy with the double oven, stovetop, and dishwasher. The view is unbeatable. Like just something from a postcard. We'd sit down in the morning and mean to turn something on the TV and end up staring out the window instead. We were there during a blustery GALE and the house was still completely airtight and snug, no drafts or anything. Uig is a bit more far-flung (although it has a couple restaurants and a shop), so be sure to plan for groceries and drives accordingly.
