Rural charm close to the city and beach

In 2024 we bought “Stavelund”. There is a main house, and in extension of it a 67 m2 holiday apartment. The vacation rental was originally an old barn, but many years ago it was converted into a residential property with a spacious kitchen, a large living room, and a bedroom. From the living room's wooden deck, you have a view of the garden and the field, while from the kitchen (entrance), you have a view of our five chickens. The apartment is freshly painted in 2025, but still has older carpet. With us you get the country life - but are still close to the city and the beach :-)

Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Only a mile to the stand! 🏖️ There is both a carport and free parking in front of the house. 🚗

Stenhuggeren garden - glamping (garden camping) In the heart of Bornholm, in a large and undisturbed garden with a view of the sunset over the fields up towards Almindingen - where Nydamsåen winds through the garden, which is laid out in cottage style, there are three tents (5 m in diameter), which are decorated cozily and made up with double bed or two single beds. There is access to a shared toilet and bathroom as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and shelf in the fridge/drawer in the freezer.

Enjoy a 90 m2 beautiful large 4-room apartment with sea view in Rønne, located on the 2nd floor, and with room for 5 people. Close to the marina, beach, forest, and city life. Cozy restaurants in the pedestrian street, not far from ferries and bus connections. 2 queen size double beds and single bed in 3 different rooms. Separate bath, and small toilet NOTE! The bathroom is connected to one of the rooms. Beautiful green courtyard environment in this peaceful and centrally located home. Pets not allowed.

On the edge of Blykobbe Plantage, 700 meters from the beach and with open spaces in the backyard, lies this tiny house. Its location allows you to enjoy wonderful nature experiences, great hikes, running and mountain biking routes, and it's a good starting point for all the fantastic experiences that Bornholm has to offer. The house is small and rustic. Simply decorated and has all the basics for a good holiday. It is 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle, with bus connections nearby and free parking.

This is an active place ~ the children here are free-spirited and we are busy building a cultural center for (homeschooling) families, so there is a lot of play, projecting, and family-friendly events happening.. Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Frederik the V's Stenbrudsgaard, Master Smith's Residence

The blacksmith's residence is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, living room with 2 beds, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and in continuation of this is the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.

Historisk og charmerende sommerhus i Tejn - kun 2 kilometer fra Allinge - og et stenkast fra vandet. I det skønne "Gule Hus" finder I et moderniseret sommerhus med charme, pejs, åbent køkken, orangeri, grill, terrasse, karnap med udsigt over vandet og kun 400 meter til en badestrand. Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.

This unique home has its very own style. Lots of light with openings to the terrace and the sea as well as to the courtyard make this home very friendly and comfortable for all seasons. The apartment is on 3 levels with exciting staircases and open connections between, completely renovated in sustainable natural materials. The home is part of a large four-winged farm with the owner's home next door, a living room that is also for rent and a smaller art gallery.
