Here you get peace and fantastic nature, while living within walking distance of Gudhjem's steep streets, the harbor environment, restaurants, supermarkets, visiting farm, food culture house, swimming pool, paddle courts, etc. The house has all modern necessities, but at the same time exudes the original charm of it was built as a summerhouse in 1938.

Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

The house contains a kitchen, bathroom, five beds (divided into three rooms), entrance and is a total of 65 m2. Please note that electricity consumption is not included and must be paid for when the house is vacated. The house can be booked with Feriepartner Bornholm (house 4705) during the summer period. However, not in the winter period.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

140 sqm house with 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area, divided over 3 floors and a small annex. Our house is located in the first row directly facing east and the sunrise. Our small town is called Aarsdale and contains both Mikkeller Bar and Gorms Pizza, and is even just 3.5 km south of Svaneke. We have a sit-on-top kayak in the garage including life jackets that can be used. In addition, we have a trampoline in our lovely wild garden, and a table tennis table in our basement.

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used for apprenticeship. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of Living room, kitchen bedroom, shower and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor – The stairs up to the first floor are shared with neighbor the apartment 15a. From the kitchen there is direct access to a cozy garden.
