The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is 90 m2, in the middle of the Bornholm pine forest, with about a 10-minute walk to the beach and lavish nature. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and fast WiFi. Large dining table. Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Centrally located near the center, forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not very stable), TV, dishwasher. (Dryer may be used at a fair price). A crib and high chair are available for rent. There are NO bed linens/towels etc. included in the price but they can be rented. There is no cleaning included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see under house manual). You can rent bed linens and towels. There is no cleaning included. Du er ca 1 km fra Snogebæk som byder på de bedste is, lækker fish & Chips, gode fiskefrikadeller, god kaffe, skøn chokolade, sprøde pizzaer, hygge og stemning.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farm from 1825. Independent holiday apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra room and bathroom. Maximum 5 min. from wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Nice peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
