Das von unserem Wohnhaus unabhängige Häuschen besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. In dem Wohnraum befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.Bettwäsche und Handtücher stellen wir kostenlos zur Verfügung, bitten unsere Gäste aber, die Betten selber zu be- und wieder abzuziehen.

Bitte unbedingt vor der Buchung beachten anstatt negativ zu bewerten! Berzdorf ist ein kleines Dorf und kein Stadtteil von Köln! Der Standort ist ruhig, die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Zum Kölner Dom sind es ca. 15 km. Das moderne Studio befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Hauses und hat für Gäste einen separaten Eingang. Das bequeme Bett bietet Platz für 1-2 Personen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Zu dem Studio gehört ein privates Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.
