The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the end-proof cultural mile (approx. 5 min. Walking distance) and to the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 minutes. Footpath) is my lovely penthouse apartment. Apartment is added to the existing building about 12 years ago as a structure. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (approx. 10 sqm with aut. Markiese) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Fully air-conditioned attic. Relax on the 30 sqm roof terrace with views over the rooftops of the Veedel (Cologne-Nippes). Located in a quiet side street. 5-minute walk to the shopping street (supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants). 2 kilometers to the cathedral as the crow flies, about 10 minutes by taxi to the trade fair.

Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Accommodation in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, additional 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that the proximity to the garden can also cause an insect to stray into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
